Need Help

OK so I got my site imported in dreamweaver and I can't prevent some images from moving from their spot If I want to add some text next to it, so My question is, Is there any way to make a Text area on top of images?
so here's my problem:

as you see the images aside the text scroll with it every time I try to add text is there any way to prevent this?

Also if there is any way to place text on top of images please tell me

sorry but this was only due the fact I just De-installed my apple theme becuase it was slowing down the time It took to logon to my PC and I am just to lazy to drag it all the way downwards after it rebooted...

haha that's not the main issue anymore, how can I put in text without the pictures on the left and the right moving along if I add too much text?

use css and somewhere put overflow:auto
