I'll help you, although I need to know what exact problem you are having, if any, and what kind of forum it is.
We need to know more. Where to contact you? Are you installing or using free forums? What kind of forums are they? What cant you do exactly? Cuz I know IPB is fairly easy...
maybe he means literally 'building the forum'... as in from the ground floor from sratch doubt that, but yeah, im here for ya if you need any more helpers to start it all.
