Need Help With Mov File In Imagready

    When i try to open a mov file in imageready, its all white.
    When i try to select part of the movie, its all white and when i press open, all the layers are just white.
    any help?

    Try another movie, see if it is any different. If it works fine then just try a fresh download of the movie and see what happens.

    maybe you don't have codecs to watch .mov files
