Hey guys, I need some quick advice on wut movie to rent. I wanna get three movies and i'm looking for something to actually scare me. The first movie I'm gonna rent is the Boondock Saints (bc its an awesome movie!). What other 2 movies do you guys reccomend.
How old are you? If you are under age, will your parents get it for you. Some of the better movies are rated R.
I was kind of scared the first time I saw The Grudge. Also the Ring and The Ring 2 are scary. Other good old ones are the Friday 13th series, and the Nightmare on Elm Street series.
I'm 17, so i can get my own movies. I'm looking for sumtin that will scare the hell out of me, I saw 28 days later, Resident Evil (which was horrible), the Ring 1 and for the most part, they didnt scare me at all. In fact, the only movie that's come close to scaring me has been Silent Hill. Edit: And i wanna stay away form Nightmare and Friday seires bc i've seen most of em already. And they're not scary. Really cool, but not scary.
i would have to agree exorcist is pretty scary just dont rent emily rose version. but another movie i would recomond would be "high tension" and another creepy movie i dont know about so much scary would be mothman prophecies.
I thought An American Werewolf in London was pretty insane. I've seen so many horror movies that I wasn't really scared, but it is a good movie. I also liked The Hills Have Eyes (2006), but it's more of a disturbing/awsome movie rather than scary.
Personally I think all of those are too dated to really have any effect on someone now. I haven't seen any scary movies in a while, ones that actually scared me atleast. Last movie I bothered watching was Texas Chainsaw Massacre with my ex, I ended up laughing the whole time while she practically wet herself.
There was one movie... like an Eye for an Eye or something... Or Eye Spy You I dont know... it was about a seriel killer who went after cops and brutaly totured and mudered them... He would also kill their wives and stuff bu rining the door bell and drilling their eye ewwwwwwwww I dont know the exact name but I creeped me out... OH! Might not be scary but they were damn good movies Saw and Saw II.
the hills have eyes MAKE SURE if u get it its unrated....yea...its scaryish...AND VERY GROSS/BLOODY its funny sometimes lol
Theres a really old movei thats scary as hell. It might be foriegn but I rented it awhile back. Alotta blood and weird freaky shiz. Couldnt watch it all.
The Entity is pretty scary its an old old old movie but its based on a true story and its pretty awesome
