i need a better program for avi-gif or a tutorial on how to make this faster or something its mad slow. I need it for a sig

Open the animation window in PS then under the frames it shows time per frame, just change to 0 for no delay.

 

when i do that i get this

 

get flash? try making the movie shorter the longer it is the slower it will go

 

Don't open it in Photoshop, Open it in Imageready then change the Framerate.

 

its still mad slow does anyone wanna try it for me? i need it the size that it is for my phone

it was to many frams i just deleted every other one

was there an easier way to do it then click delete?
