Alright im laptop retarded and my laptop's disk drive isnt getting read. Like it will open and close and the disk will spin, but it wont show up in My computer or autoplay. Help? Please? Me love you long time
I tried driver reset on mine and it scammed and found some errors and fixed em and now mine works... so try that i guess. If not does your pc have the ability to read certain types of disks?
Your disc drive might just be broken :/ Contact who you bought the laptop from to see if there is still a warranty on it. If not, just get a private repairman to replace the broken drive with a new working one.
