    i need a program that tells u how hot your computer is running

    ne ideas?

    Can't you hit Crtl+Alt+delete

    to get windows task manger up.

    You can, but it will not display the information regarding motherboard temperature from the BIOS. I would reccomend a program called Motherboard Monitor. It will provide a visual indication of fan speeds, voltages, etc. and alert you when you have problems. You can also customize it to have certain programs shut down when you are in danger of overheating to reduce the heat load. You can find it HERE. And best of all, it's FREE!
