Im on Opera and compared to FF the scroll on my computer is at least 10x smoother on Opera, its probaly your best bet out of them all.

No way, Fire Fox and Opera suck. Stick with good ol' Internet Explorer.

    Firefox: http://mozilla.org
    Opera: http;//opera.com
    Avant: http://www.avantbrowser.com/
    Netscape 8: http://browser.netscape.com/ns8/
    Amaya: http://www.w3.org/Amaya/User/BinDist.html

    That should be about it.

I suggest Firefox, Opera, and Amaya above the others though. If you aren't a fan of extensions, Opera is likely the best, if you are then try FF. If you want something a bit unique try Amaya, which is constantyl kept up to date with the W3C specifications(moreso than any other browser)

Netscape 8 is based off of FF and IE, it's OK.
Avant is a decent browser as well, i know little.

That is because you don't have FFs smooth scroll featre enabled, it's disabled by default to help older computers. I have it enabl;ed on my comp. GOOGLE IT
    http://malektips.com/firefox_0024.html
you should be able o figure it out from there.

END OF DEBATE I LISTED MOST OF EVERYTHING IMPORTANT

    I second that.

Opera= wayy better than Firefox. The tabs are soo easy, built in Torrent system (although I don't know how to use it  ) and it looks better than Firefox.

    My opinion ^^^^
