Need A Cheap Tut Writer.

Alright Im paying no more then 75-125 credits, if you dont want to do it, then leave.

Ive got a PSD, Sig, And i need it to be tutorliazed, in jpeg format, it needs to be VERY detailed.

Fisrt person that i trust, gets it, if you have 4 posts and -5 rep, and tell me you can do it, mm no.

It has about 27 layers, if some one offers to do it, and its real good, ill pay a lot more then what i said, all depends on the quality.
