    meh i guess ill just find good stock tuts and links to some u guys think will make a nice effect for nba tags

    its not like because they're nba stocks they NEED to meet certain requirements and any tutorial would only assisst you if it went with the flow or noise etc of the stock you where using just look at a few tutorials then open the stock in a new canvas and make it up as you go along
