Yes, please read the 1st post. You pay me 75 creds, then you are able to sell 5 ftp accounts, then you pay 75 creds, able to sell 5 ftp accounts etc...

Nope was never down, its just your hosting no-one elses. Please check with your Domain Name Provider and see whether theyre having problems, that is the only way this can happen as the server is running at 100%.

Weird, i can reach all your sites... are you using a proxy or something? il check with my datacentre to see what the problem may be.

 

no proxy here.. tried my other pc's.. cant reach the site there either..

 

Ok, ive just rang up and found out that my brother has requested a Double RAM Upgrade, which means that when this is finished your hosting will be even better, as we were at 70% capacity with tooooo many customers. It shouldnt be any more than a day. As you can see on mythicx.com it does say itll be down from around abouts 25-26th, however theres a typing error as it should be June. I apologise for this and i can guarrantee this will not be for a very long time.

i may well buy the unlimited package but im not familiar with all this hostinbg stuff so I may need help, would you provide it? I already got a website made with dreamweaver but I didnt do it with all the settings n stuff, just the pages in a public_htm folder, all works fine though, I think u just set up a domain thing right and upload all the images n pages.

 

Please Mythic in the future, do not assume that we are wrong when we say our site may be down without researching the issue.

I know you are very proud of your hosting, and you should be...thus far I think it has been excellent. We had one glitch of a 3 hour period where it was down, but that is no big deal.

A little information: If most of us have purchased a domain name, we would be using your nameservers for the domain. Not forwarding it. What this does, is replicate to all the dns servers that anyone trying to reach said domain, will know where to point. Whether the site I originally purchased the domain from may be down is irrelevant. They have nothing to do with the dns replication once I made that change. This is how dns works for future reference.
