His hosting is down and he wont give an explanation...

This is NOT worth the credits..

The first time I paid for a full year he closed my account after a month had to reupload everything.. finally after 2 months he responded and set it back up... no more than 1 month later it's down again. He ignores PM's and posts, says he is always on msn but he is NEVER on.

Not proffesional and really bad hosting.

- Instant termination for abusing copyright laws, terminations occured instantly without notice due to legal action.


and i am on msn practically every day most of the time from 4pmGMT onwards, if you are seeing me as offline then you must be either:
A) having problems with msn
B) blocked for constantly inviting to chat
C) blocked for constntly pasting links

please do not bad-mouth my hosting when you are the ones that are getting yourselves banned... :huh:

MSN is not for general web design questions - only HOSTING problems and errors.

Complete BS Nothing on my site was illegal.. NOTHING. The one game that was on there was a FREE game. Hosting it on my site is not illegal..

 

Well i dont think it suspended because i can still upload files through the CPanel

 

You are a horrible buisness man, not one time did I break the TOS you are making ---- up because you made a mistake, I was not warned or asked to remove any content that broke any copyright on software, The game I had on the hosting was downloaded FREE from fileplanet, and is uploaded at countless other sites.. The only reason it was on my site was to make it easier accessable for any currently clanmates or future ones.

I demand a refund or that my hosting be put back up, you are screwing me over for NO REASON. I have paid you TWICE NOW for hosting because you can't run a buisness correctly.

Quoted from the first page, The 1 game I had on there WAS IN .RAR I broke none of your rules... Either refund my credits, Or put my hosting back up.

This is the only time im saying this...

if you brake the rules, your account can and will be terminated without any notice, as it says in the rules.

Occasionally i will talk to people about what they are hosting, however if i fail to spot it and the companies do, and want to take LEGAL ACTION im not going to sit around waiting, if they have clearly broken the rules they do not deserve the account.

The account is basically free, what is 500 creds? yet you still abuse the offer...

No refunds will be made to terminated or suspended accounts, as it would be your fault to get your account in this state not mine.

Even if it was one game it doesnt matter, i was still contacted by certain people(s) and asked to remove the account before legal action was taken to the owner, as it was warezed copyrighted material.

If you dont like the terms and conditions i urge you to buy from DZ-Host, or go elsewhere.

I am not taking responsibility for another persons mistakes, and am therefore not refunding any credits to peoples accounts that have been suspended/terminated.

Thats all ive got to say on this.

 

Dudes everybody stop shtting and flaming at him. Mythics hosting is good! My forum is hosted on it for almost 2 months and I haven't had any problems with it yet. Follow the rules and nothing will happen. And btw if you have questions just add him to msn.
