My Upgrade

    allright am all done with my stupid ge force FX video card , am getting a new video card and i was looking for a GREAT one that can support HDR (High Dynamic Range) and is all good , but yet not very expensive , i live in israel and so far ive found these couple cheap ones (the prices that i mentioned below and converted from ISRAELI SHEKELS):-

    Radeon 9600PRO 256mb DDR, 128Bit , DVI, AGPx8/TV

    Price = 195.956 US Dollar

    i dunno it sounds old and week to me :(
    am currently looking for a X1600 RADEON one , so as soon as i find out its price in my country , ill let u know

    what sort of pc do you have by the way?
    I would get the 9600XT.

    do you have agp or pci-e or both cause one of them is agp the other 2 are pci-e :unsure:

    exactly and I didnt remember you saying you had a dell, so therefore you if you have a dell you cant upgrade.

    yes , hello , sorry , belive it or not i dont know! i asked for diff peices in my computer before i bought it and the idiot didint do as i asked , so how do i check all these stuff?

    that's what I would have suggested go X1600 only about $150 maybe 200 depending on model and it is pretty good.

    X1600 costs $314 AND UP!
    so anyway how do i check this dell pci agp thing?

    why dont u get a geforece 7800 GTX, its way better then Radion cards you can get it for about £300, :P

    can u still get a radeon 9800pro in the us as over here in the uk there cheap and still a good card?

    can someone plz tell me if the RADEON 9600X will solve my graphics problem and give me the best graphics with no probs so i can play any game i want with perfect graphics? (considering am getting 1 GB Of RAM As Well)

    Is your computer a dell. If its not a branded pc, open it up and find the manufacturer and model number of the motherboard. none of those cards will solve your problems for perfect graphics you are looking at a x850 or above, or 6800 or above.
