I think u are new at Design, cause ur effects are so primary,
some wrong aplication, but if u read some tutoriais, u will be better.
The second one is defnitely better!
The colors are fitting, there is good flow.
You could just work on your text there a little bit and remove that running white man in the corner.
It could needs ome lighting and a little nicer depth, too.
That it is too big was already mentioned duh.
Add some gradient maps to it. They always look good, put em on soft light or
something or use a black / white one on multiply and lower the opacity til it
It gives your signature some special look. ^^
<div align="center">I like them but i think one of the biggest problems is your trying to overflow it with alot of things which makes it very abstract but with the current "things" used its also very grungy which can be a very good mixture but only under the right composition. I think your on a very good path you simply need to learn tone and when enough is enough, along with countless other things but first and foremost i would concentrate more on your composition and tone as in how loud the sig/tag is to the eye aswell as whats actually going on. There both very good begginer sigs and show that yours very creative. Keep up the good work.</div>
