You aren't getting it back, you were banned. If you want it back you can pay a second time to have it re-instated just like every other banned individual. I would also like the record to show that just like every other banned member you have one chance. *One* screwup and out you go again.
Repeated spamming, flaming, baiting, and ignoring multiple administrator requests. That is the comment next to your ban. Doesn't mean anything about you not responding to PMs or anything... and no, I am not going to add you on MSN so you have my MSN so you can make my personal life a living hell while I tell you that you are being treated the same way as every other banned individual since the ability to be unbanned was allowed. Logic, myself, and moderators posted *multiple* times quoting your posts and told you to stop. You kept on. Did we warn you via the warn system? No. However, we did warn you, and you voluntarily chose not to listen. Matter of fact, even though I was the one who banned you, it was discussed between myself and logic as well as a couple of the moderators between MSN and IRC. Do we have to use the warn system to ban someone? Nope, not at all, especially someone like you whom received multiple public, viewable verbal warnings. You don't want to donate again? Oh well. You see, we have banned people whom have already donated again to have the membership because they know they are going to place a greater value on what the site can do for them and that they aren't going to get themselves banned. No one is holding a gun to your head, but sorry, you lost your membership when you were banned. Don't intentionally ignore moderator and staff requests to stop being an asshat in the future (and yes, you chose to ignore them, considering you replied in nearly every thread you were warned in). So, long story short, QQ more please. You are getting the same treatment as every other banned individual regardless of the amount of money they put into the site, the posts, or the time.
