My Pack Is Gone..

Hey , A long while ago I released with permission for all the render artist. A 800+ Render pack , I check back a lot but notice this pack is still getting downloads lol.. But I can't find it on the forum anymore.. I checked my old link I used to bookmark it and it has said the topic was removed..

I am wondering why?

*Edit* It was in the premium renders section, And my old topic where I talked about the pack is still here, So I don't think it was due to "pruning" so I think it may of been purposely deleted.


I forgot to put that if it was purposely deleted I am very pissed about that due to the work I put into getting permission for all of it.

 

Found it in archive , not 100% sure why its there , was it coz renderpacks were not allowed , coz of all the crap that happened a long time ago ???

Anyway i`ve put a query in staff with your link to renders and this thread , hopefully get to the bottom of it bro .

 

I put it together a while ago.. But I am sure renderpacks where allowed and have been since, So don't think it was that long ago.

 

i didnt think render packs were allowed cos ppl didnt use links to the original source nd there could have been things in there that wernt supposed to be in there

 

I'm sure there are still some render packs in the resource area, why are they allowed in there. Well i think there are some in there.

It was allowed.
He got permission from EVERY renderer in the pack.
Including me

 

and me, back when i was photochop

 

There are renderpacks in the premium render section also.. So that is why I made this I am not sure why the one I put together was removed.. I know it didn't break any rules or anything cause I made sure it was alright to do so with GR and ones who did the Renders.

 

We are not sure why , as it was archived 6 months ago , all we can come up with is , there was a reason for it 6 months ago .

There was a bit where you asked for rep or at least mentioned rep , but cant see that was the basis of archiving it .

Petition again it maybe and ask Shaggy if it can be put back , as i say we not 100% sure why ........

 

Never really asked for rep.. I said if they were gonna rep someone make sure they did it for one of the guys who done the render and not me.

How does one go about petitioning it?

 

Petition probably a strong word , maybe pm Shaggy , and i`ll stick a thread up in staff again .

 

He made a page with direct links to rep every single author of the render.
None for himself

 

I wasn't techinally asking them to -Rep me.. I put that there so they would understand to rep the people who done the renders. But tried to make it clear that if someone was gonna -Rep me that they made sure it was clear as to the reason why they should.

 

Well yea G72 but that's.. :| not the same.
