tone down the overall glow a bit so the effects can stand out

yea but portable cs3 is still too slow =(

 

cs3 all the way. I think so atleast becuase going from Ps7 to Cs3 is kind of a big leap.

Ok to the sig. The effects are nice. The glow is a bit much, and you should shrink down the render a bit. The left side is pretty plain, and the text needs some work and better placement.
I would suggest finding a Cell render that you can put in the middle and then building the effects arouind him.
