    here is my newest (7th) tag ive made,
    if you have any good tips or stuff to help me that would
    be very nice.

    First thing, don't do those white overlays on it, it really makes the sig look weird (same with your previous ones)
    Colours are nice here, but very hectic and they seem a bit oversaturated. So try adding a hue & saturation layer and play with the setting a bit. (brightness and contrast layer can also be added after this step)

    And then work more around the effect in her hand. You can focus more on that by adding some brushing around it so that becomes your light source for example ;)

    yes --- the white overlays are really distracting...
    try blending the render in more... background is a bit too messy ---- tuts are your friend ^_^
