Upload them on any image hosting site like imageshack / photobucket or even ploader.net ... get the direct link/URL, then post it here using the IMG tags:

(replace "urlhere" with the direct link you copied)

Ima put this the soft way, you got to read some tutorials cause that ain't even sigs.

It's just gradients maps and bad fonts.

 

Looks like some brushes, and filters to me.

 

got to agree, you need to put more time and effort into it try some tutorials or download a psd from the resources section so you can learn how they are made and you'll learn some new techniques and you will understand photoshop or if you use an other program better.
