Ok, ok. So I started working on this a while ago and recently picked it back up. I looked at a few tuts and took bits and pieces and made it. I fooled around with some settings afterwards and came up with this:

not bad at all .. the effects are nice, but i don't like the colors to much
and get rid of the text .. it's not necesarry

also i think it would look better if you saw more from the render .. not just the face

but overall it's good good job

hmm, u shld leave the text there and add the modified version as a V2 or sumthing, to get more critique about it, but meh, moving on.

nice work, i like them very much, just that i dont like the background showing through narutos face, not a big thing though, looks ok anyways to me.
also, both sigs are quite mono-coloured, i always try to mix up my colours a bit, lest they get a little to boring.

Overall nice job for your first. Much better than my first sigs. The only things I suggest is making some with more than one color, adding a visible light source, using stocks instead of brushes for your backgrounds, finding some C4Ds and using them for effects, and keep following tutorials!

Those are not bad at all, you should just follow more tuts about for example, coloring and depth, and you'll be good in no time!
