I think it's damn ugly but I thought the hell with it and I posted it cuz practice AND FEEDBACK makes perfect...just tell me everything I need to change and to what? that way I get to learn how to make hot ones quick.... As u can see I made it pretty quick (border on the "mouth" kinda thingy on the right, easy blue bg, text going thru a button)....

Not brilliant, but none the less not a bad first try, keep going m8, one day you'll get the hang of it. read some tuts, take some lessons and get some brushes lol
start making templates with the size 800 x 600 make some basic designs and then get more advanced from there pixel2life.com would be a good place to get tutorials keep trying
WHats wrong with the resolution? rofl dude..!! No one uses a resolution like that. Most people use 800x600 or 1024x768 not 1024x1768 or w/e rofl
Hmmm, try making some 800*600 layout first, that is damn huge to look at. I don't know what to say about it though...try doing some tutorials before doing another one.
