ok first start out with a 350x125 is what i use and fill the thing black then make a new layer and start brushing i used just mostly hard grunge set by flamix then after the first layer of brushing heres what i got now just make a new layer and fill it with black again and brush in white after set it to overlay heres what i got now find ur render i picked ok now i just motion blur until i fill the sig copy the render layer then do motion blur i picked around 42 angle 70 pixel thingy heres what i have... now its kinda dark so im gonna lighten it a lil motion blurred again just diff direction now make a new layer and brush in white then set to overlay or softlight what i got after brushing in white and i set to overlay now pick a lighter color from the render and brush and set to softlight or change the opacity to 50 or 60 i used a light yellow and set it to overlay now filter/sharpen/sharpen to make the render stick out just a bit this is what i got after now to add some text now add border new layer select all and go to edit stroke and 3 px then 2px then 1 px and final result first tut... tell me what u think? like the result?
