part 1. start by going to new, and make the dimensions as shown [IMG]

part 2. lets get started by going to filter, render clouds.[IMG]

part3. now get out your favorite set of brushes, for this sig im using jashins brush set 14. [IMG]

part 4. only brush in black and white, once it starts getting too dark or light, go to layer, new layer, and start brushing again, but with the opposite color. [IMG]

part 5. once youve reached your desired effect, youre ready to add a render. a render, simply put, is a picture with the background cut out, you can find some great renders at www.gamerenders.com. now to add a render, go to file, new. once youve done that, paste your picture and go to image, size and adjust the size of the render so it fits onto your sig. [IMG]

part 6. now that your render is on your sig, were going to make it match the color of your background. (your sig should still be in black and white.) go to layer style, blending options, and set it as i have [IMG]

part 7. time to blend your sig in, grab your lasso tool which is highlighted on the left, and make a rough outline of the render. once youve done that, right click, press feather, and set it on about 15 pixels, now having that done, right click again, and select inverse. now press delete, your render should be blended now. [IMG]

part 8. time to add some color. go to layer, new adjustment layer and set the colors on your likings, dont forget the shadows and highlights. dont be bashful to make more then one color balance layer. [IMG]

part 9. now to spice up your sig even more, go to layer, new adjustment layer, brightness/contrast. set this to what you like. [IMG]

part 10. time to add some text, grab your favorite font and type in what you want. once youve dont that go to layer style, blending options and click on drop shadow and outer glow, leave those as the default settings. for stroke, use the settings i have. [IMG]

part 11. the last part is to add a border. create a new layer, and press ctrl a. now go to edit, stroke, 1 px black.[IMG]

part 12. your done, now just save it to the web as a jpeg and upload it www.photobucket.com
