Looks good, keep doing what you're doing. With anime hair, it's usually best to lightly feather the very tips.

Well, an easy way to do it is to take the lasso and set the feather setting (toolbar at the top of the PS project window) to 1 px. Then select along just the line's edge on the along the tops and delete only once. It will blur slightly.
