I don´t like the render made by screenshots but it is good for the first time...Work more and you´ll see you can do it.

but as one say, one can only learn by failure. if u really want to make good..no..even just OK renders I suggjest you read some tutorials^^

 

Tip 1: use high definition ( usually wallpapers...) google is filled with em

 

very low quality image try using a really good quality image to practice on, don't be afraid to cut a bit closer lol
also check everything you cut against a dark and a light background, then fix it up before you post it
also cut them out don't erase around them
good first attempt everyone starts somewhere ^^

For a first it's decent enough, to bad there are quite some spots missed on the hair..
