My Case

I thought I'd post this publically - I am going to further the discussion with one of the admins via MSN. And yes, this is MindlessV:

I know that the chips are really stacked against me at this point in time.

At first, I chose not to fight the banning because at first, it was just another site to me.

But I had grown so accustome to visiting the site, it was a habit. So, I am recalling my original plan of no fighting, and I will get at this the best that I can.

The high school I attend, and city I live in, Newport High, is heavily computer oriented. We have multiple classes offering graphic design, multimedia publishing, etc. A lot of kids have gotten into these fields, taking the work outside of school. I know a few people who went to Newport who grew up to own a graphic design business.

I have a lot of friends that are into graphic design also. For all that I know, one of my best friends could be Joker - I haven't had the chance to interigate them yet.

Now, the only thing I can really plead is coincidence. As far as the IP being close isn't that weird - almost everyone in this area use Fuse/Zoomtown internet hosting, and that could explain that.

And as far as me being a juggalo goes, that's not so abnormal either - Cincinnati is fairly close to Detroit, where juggalos began. I know of many juggalos in this area - a lot of my family, too, are juggalos.

So the only thing I can really plead is innocence and coincidence. I came to GameRenders to expand my knowledge of both graphic design and coding. Along the way, I have met alot of friends, which I don't regret.

And I know a big thing going against me is my name, DebacleX. I have used this name for close to 3 years now, and there's really no way of proving such either. Debacle is a common english word meaning great misfortune/mishappening.

When it comes down to it, I feel like I will stay banned. I mean, it's just way to over-coincidental. There's not too much I can say to help my case, as I can't post my birth certificate and the likes. All I can do, is to hope that you, the staff, find it in your hearts to take all of this into consideration and just think about it. I really do miss GameRenders and the members. So please, consider this. If you have any questions, feel free to fire away.

 

So why were you banned?

 

A coincidence is an understatement.

Joker was banned multiple times. He came back every couple months; it's about time for him to come back again to be banned. Its like a *monthly cycle for him to come back and get banned. Everytime he comes back he just gets banned again.

If you guys share similar IPs, theres not much defending that. I have yet to meet someone from where I live.

I believe he once registered here as Debacle (or something insanely close to that)

He was a jugalo aswell.

I'm not 100% sure about it, but he might have sold hosting here, but don't quote me on that.

But I think you making another new account and another new topic is either going to piss an administrator off, or they are going to unban you. That of course depends on the administrator. (Dem, Logic, Draven, Shaggy.)

I think you should have just PM'd them or e-mailed them.

 

You might want to explain why you look just like him then? You his twin or something? Or did you forget I had access to your journal that you had for a website at one point. Lieing never was your strong point.

So I take it there will be no unbanning as alot of the staff have been ignoring both my PMs and IMs? That's fine I'd atleast like to hear my fate

 

Dude...you have so many more problems, then you got banned from GR, go fix them first, then worry about GR.

.Joker. was the account that was banned....the e-mail address, linked to that name, guess what, oddly enough, an EXACT match, on your real life name, on the myspace page that you yourself claimed to be yours.

You FAIL.

Juggalo is the name given to people who follow / listen to Insane Clown Posse. Kind of like how Kiss had the Kiss Army, and Slipknot's fan base are referred to as maggots, etc.

Thanks for clearing it all up Logically - now I can finally make ends meet. What you said didn't make any sense at first - hardly anyone know of my jnicholson gmail account. Then it dawned on me.

I had an idea of who it could be, and it was. Now, before you go reading, I know this is going to say fake as all hell and what not, but it's true.

Joker, the big bad ripper/scammer, is my brother. Which made alot of sense:

The juggalo account was my brother too, because he was a juggalo
The IPs were so close because my brother lives in my house with me
This also explains why we had so much in common - my brother knows me better than anyone else.
The Debacle account made alot more sense now too - he took my new name (DEBACLEX) and made it his own.

And I wasn't overly surprised either. I asked him why he did it. He said it was greed (HE DIDN'T SAY GREED DIRECTLY, BUT MEANT IT). While he was out trying to get a job 24/7, trying to get a life started, and all this, all I did was sit on the computer, read tutorials, etc. I wound up making a pretty good living off selling hosting, doing graphics, etc. He didn't think it was fair how I could do this, while he was out there doing all he could to get a "real" job. So he thought that if he went and gave me a bad name and rep, I couldn't make a life for myself. What he hadn't planned on was the fact that for the last 3 years he was messing with GameRenders, I hadn't really heard of the place. I started out young, around 13 or 14, and was making a name for myself. I didn't want to join a forum at first, cause I heard it was all flame and what not, and the line of business I was in, didn't want that. I didn't want to come here in the first place, but someone had asked if I heard about you guys (I ASKED ABOUT EXPANDING MY HOST SELLING) and I decided to drop in.

Now, I know someone had said something about Joker selling hosting before. He only sold FTP hosting - he didn't have access to reseller, so he sold what little he did get (I GAVE HIM CPANEL HOSTING). I have used WHM and cPanel for about 2 years now. And as far as the jnicholson email, that makes sense too - I own a different jnicholson email, my brother created jnicholson91 cause it was one of the only available ones. And just so you know, his name is Josh too.

But like I said, this probably all sounds fishy and what not, but its the truth. If you ban me, I'd understand. I need to let my brother know exactly what it is that he's done and the ---- he's put me through - now I'm banned off of one of the biggest graphic communities in the world cause of his loathe for me >.>

But like I've said millions of times before - I regret nothing. I didn't do nothing wrong, I had fun, I sold some PSDs, some hosting, made alot of new friends, and me getting banned is worth it, cause I know I got people on this site who see me for me, and not as an IP. But I'm going to sit back, wait for the flames to flood, and live with it
