Sorry but all I can say is read up on some tutorials. You get better the lower you go down the list imho
4th up from the bottom is the best, the B&W with the girl on it. Other than that, they're all pretty much beginner stuff. As HardToname said, read up on some of the tutorials here, they will help you wonders.
