LOL my old school had a crappy Gym from the 50's (true story) and this one kid climbed up the roof with 3 bricks and he was like , "i hate this god damn school!! im gonna break this piece of ----!" and he threw the one brick and it landed on his foot and he fell backwards and he slid down the whole thing and cracked his skull fractures his right arm and broke his foot, and every single toe on that foot.. stuipid kid... must have hurt alot!!!

belive i'm not lying when i say my tailbone is split in half the fall has left a huge gap in that bone...
You should try gettin up every 15 mins or so and walking around for a couple of minutes, that done the world of good for me.
Theres a little bone at the but crack, at the bottom of ur spine, its like a stick, you can brake it very easly, my m8 broke his after falling over a football.
