My avatar displayed the badge of "White Power", which its not offensesive, it simply shows my respect for my color and my race. I see people with black people or other colored people in their avatars and what if that offends me? I think I should be allowed to use my avatar..it's not like it's a Swaztika.
White power is offensive, having a person of color isn't. You can put in a white person too, hell, go crazy, put in a picture with two white people.
How is White Power offensive? I find B.E.T offensive but you don't see my complaining to the television company. It's something I believe in and you can't take that away from me.
I lol'ed at black people or other colored people, and yeah some might find it offensive. I am black, and it doesnt offend me, cuz this is just the internet And I bet I can wear a Black Power Logo, and get away with it ;D
White Power isn't simply a sign of being proud of ones race, its a sign showing that you believe your race to be superior, and hence deeming every other race inferior to your own, which is offensive. To think otherwise is ignorant, unfair, and a poor character. If you want to use something that does not indirectly put down another members race, but promotes your own (which I can't think of any in all honesty) please feel free.
