harsh <_< try to work harder on your background, try to get some good brushes, it helped me alot when i learned about brushes , and the text is kind of bad because there's nothing else green on the picture edit: rate, forgot 4-5/10 for somebody experienced but considering it's just your second, 8-9/10, good job for somebody who doesn't quite know his/her way around photoshop yet ^_^
