You should, put transparent BG and save as .png 24
I think you cut off some of it's roof above the door. Or is it just me?

Ya, you definitley need to put it on a tranceparent BG.

 

It's nice. But yes make the bckgrnd transparent

 

other than the wrong file type, it's okay. It is a bit choppy and there are some pieces of background, but it's still okay.
