What are y'alls favorite bands/artists? I need some new music to listen to so I'm just wondering. I enjoy all kinds of music except rap and hip hop but my favorite is country.

i like everything but i like rap alot more i like emeinem cause his stuff is real and he has fun 50 is ok hes kinda fake tho

i hate g-unit and 50 cent becuase half of them are fake and rap about the same ---- every track there on

 

Hard Rock/Trad. Metal/Old School Metal (Old school metallica, megadeath, slayer, etc.)

Basically I will listen to anything in the rock through metal genres as long as they arent screaming the entire song or they are too mellow (bon jovi, rolling stones, beatles, etc.).

I have been getting into a lot of techno/reggae lately too, very limited amount of rap/hip-hop i listen to.

 

Here is some bands I listen too

Opeth:
( One of the greatest bands ever that walked this earth, they play progressive death metal with folk influences, the vocals contain an awesome mixture of pure clean vocals and deep death growls. Their songs will make you cry and head bang at the same time )

Arch Enemy:
( A melodic death metal band with a female "Angela Gossow" as a vocal, but hey she has a deeper voice than many other bands with male vocals )

Marilyn Manson:
( What you will mostly like about him/the band is the show they pull off, they have amazing music videos.They have some really good songs. Genre: Industrial Metal )


Moonspell:

( A gothic/doom metal band , they have awesome music & melodies but unfortunally the vocal isnt that great. )


Cannibal Corpse:

( Not a big fan of theirs but they are damn good at what they do, They play brutal death metal . Their lyrics are always about killing and gore, you can even see it on their artwork album covers. )

Nile:
( A death/folk metal band with great influence from ancient Egyptology and Egyptian myths, their music also contains influences from the middle east. )
