In This Tutorial You Will Learn the Following:
*How to Have a Multi-Colored Sig
    *How to Lightly Brush
*How to Use The Blending Options

    Step 1
Were Going To Start Off With Brushing. So Open Up A New Document. Im Going To Be Making An Avitar But You Can Make W/e You Would Like, Works The Same Way.
Im Using The The Size 40x40.
Now Make A New Layer By Press Ctrl + Shift + N.
Im Going To Use Some Abstract Brushes, But Grunge or Fractals Work Fine Too.

So Start Brushing WIth Some Black And then Some White. Dont Over Do it. Just Do About 1 or 2 Clicks With Each Color. Now This is What i have:

Slap Some Text On There And Wahlah. A Multi-Colored Sig.

    Filter>>Blur>>Gaussion Blur
