"msvcr71.dll Cannot Be Found"

As topic says "Msvcr71.dll cannot be found" i know how to fix it cuz of this article http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=827073 but i dont know how to save it,it says

-3. Save the file as Copy2gac.exe.config in the following folder:
Windows Folder\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705
Note Windows Folder is a placeholder for the location of your Windows folder.

But i cant find that directory,help plz ;( ;(

 

I found it just fine. Its not a hidden folder

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705

 

it seems it is a hiden folder on my pc,and dont know how to "unhide" it >_<

u can dl it there

 

In windows explorer or my computer screen whatever you use to browse to the folder. goto tools>folder options>view>show hidden files and folders

But it is not a hidden folder.
