That's for something a little different but you can still get that cports program and see if that exe is running, or a foreign one. Then stop it.

Be smart though, since it's not the excat same thing.

 

Add/Remove Programs.?
Re-install msn.?
Re-format PC.?
CTRL+ALT+DELETE>process, end process if it's there.?
