Msn Help Please

I'm having problems with msn7.5. It had an error earlier today and now I whenever I start it this appears and I can't go any further.

 

Take it completely off the system, download it again, and re-install. Something has happened to it.

 

thanks for the advice, but that was the first thing I tried and it didn't help, I think I'll just run a spyware check, they seem to like fixing these kinds of problems for me.

 

I dunno whats wrong with it...but i know that that code tells you...and if you find sum1 that knows these things they will just give you sumthin to add and it will be fix...(i think) coz i had a problem pretty much like that...i gave them the error code and they told me to goto run >> then add the code they gave me and it was fixed

 

Ok well I've half fixed it now, it works as long as I'm not using PSP9, which it doesn't seem to like anymore and they both close when I open one with the other open. <_<

 

Umm, you could try uninstalling MSN. Going to start > run > type Regedit

Under: HKEY_CURRENT_USER, go to software, and look for MSN and delete everything you see with MSN innit,
