    Hello, I have tried google and had no luck.
    I am trying to compress a MPEG(Movie File) to under 700 MB. The Size is currently 927. Any1 have anything good to tell me please post here.

    You'll probs need to recode the movie to Xvid or Divx.

    I have some video i made and they are like 150 MB and when i rar it they are like 8 - 10 MB..

    But all my videos are AVI.

    If that the problem use a converter search on google for "From MPEG to AVI" then you will find for sure somethink.

    yeah... I use winrar for my naruto episodes I have like 130 on my computer So I have to find a way to make the smaller because each one weighing in at 174mb was just to much space being takin up :P so I just rared them

    goto http://www.google.com and search "WinRAR" without quotes, and click the first link you see, download it and install. When installed right click the file u wanna 'rar' and go add to filename.rar

    he already has it you ----ing spammer. please read the entire topic.

    You can use KGB Archiver. Takes a bit longer to archive, but it can compress it a lot. Just google it.

    I think you should just convert it into an AVI the use Winrar to compress and should go smaller than the barrier that you want. ;)

    the problem with AVi is that my DVD players dont read it, so i tried to convert it to mpeg and the size incresed by 200+ mB. Any ideas?

    Get a program that can lower the screen resolution of it or clip it into two files.
