How is it compared? Your joking right?
Its the best browser out there. It is quick and clean and it has support for much more scripts than IE has. Its more stable and less people hack these because its more fun ot hack IE.
You should get Firefox, its runs much faster and it is a much cleaner browser.

Other benefits include not being able to get annoying spyware/adware installers that you see sometimes on the internet, a good popup blocker in the browser, tabbed browsing (open multiple sites in the same window if you want), being quicker, lots of addons, lots of skins etc etc.

I've been using Mo for over 3 years now. But firefox is what made Mozilla outshine IE. Sure it's a tad bit slower when opening non pop-up sites. But it loads pop-up sites alot faster. No more asking you to install some sort of spyware. The only bad thing I can say about Mozilla is that a pages coded using frontpage is always a little off. you don't notice it until you see it in IE and then look at Mozilla. Usually in IE it's centered in the middle, and in Mozilla it's pushed all the way to the left. It's not really a big deal.
