    where are the bookmarks for mozilla stored? i want to make a backup of them for my new HD but dont know where thet are...

    It's stored in a profile somewhere.

    firfox is so confusing i had the same problem with my old comp i ended up copying all the links

    c:\documents and settings\*current user*\application data\mozilla

    this folder is hidden. and replace current user with your user you use

    you can also go to bookmark->manaGE BOOKMARKS, GO TO FILE IN THE NEW WINDOW, AND CHOOSE EXPORT

    (sorry for the caps....)
