Motherboard Driver Help!

    I think u can just install it, but make a system restore point first (just in case the driver doesn't work)

    Erm, are you sure I dont need to uninstall the previous drivers??

    that shouldn't matter. just make a restore point.

    You should go in the trouble shooting section of the thing that you downloaded... or ask theri webmaster...

    it will be fine, if you uninstalled your previous drivers your pc would stop working so you just install them over the top.

    Thats not ture his computer would work. How do you think windows opperates when it is first installed? It works fine with out the drivers then. The "best" way to install hardware drivers is to boot in safe mode, uninstall the drivers, reboot in safe mode install new drivers, reboot windows normaly. That is what I do for my motherboard/video card/network/64bit support drivers.

    thats because it h as basic mobo drivers. if he uninstalled them he is stuffed.
