I thought it might be a good idea to have a "Most Detailed Tutorial" award for people who have taken the time to make very detailed tutorials. The award would be just like what the winners of SOTW get except it says Most Detailed Tutorial. This might not only encourage people to make more detailed tutorials but also people might make *more* tutorials.

    Thoughts?

It's not a TOTM, it's like an award thing. I used the SOTW award as an example but that's not how it will be run.

Thanks for the input though guys.

There was a section for this, called premium tutorials but it was removed because there were too less nominations send too the staff :) so all those tuts were moved to the normal tut area..

it honestly wont work. we used to have premium tutorials where we reviewed the best tutorials and put them in a special section, but it got shut down. theres just no need to find the most detailed tutorials, because everyone is looking for something different.

Well DraveN sent me a reply saying he would mow it over so it's ultimately his and the other admins decision. I respect your input Rx and you're probably right, I just thought I could help out GR and it's community but it's all good, I'll just do it in a better way.

    Cheers.

Lol, aren't all staff valued and treated equally?

<strike>Oh well it could be worse...you could be a community staff member...</strike>
