True, but I believe the point still remains: Unless you're bisexual / homosexual yourself it won't affect you in the slightest. Not implying anything by the way.
Eh, that's not TOTALLY true, but I mean, it's sorta true... Like for instance, if someone disagrees with homosexuality, then they won't be too happy that homosexuals are being aloud to marry, especially if they're married. ...Just sayin'...>_>
WHAT?! Where's the logic in that? Ok so I disagree with people playing xbox does that mean that I'm unhappy that so many peopel have it? No. It's bothersome but it doesn't affect my day to day life. That was an example btw, I really don't disagree with people playing xbox.
You don't understand do you? I'm getting sick of explaining this. When someone thinks something is morally wrong, they are NEVER going to want to allow someone else to do it. I really don't understand why you can't catch this concept. It isn't like, someone "likes" it. It's a right or wrong thing in people's eyes. If they think something is wrong, they aren't going to want to allow someone to do it.
Basically proving me right. Well, once again, you aren't understanding my point. So, just let it go, obviously you don't understand what I'm saying, as your example is in no way similar to what I said. I also, never said they were right to think that way, I'm simply explaining their point of view. If they think something is morally wrong, they aren't going to want it to be legal. That's just the way people work, for instance, most people see murder as morally wrong, so they would want it to be against the law to murder. People are just that way, they want their way no matter who it hurts or steps on.
Don't assume that I don't understand. I understand perfectly fine. So you're telling me that since I think it's morally wrong for big corporations to basically monopolize their certain branch of the economy I wouldn't allow it? No, not at all. In the end it doesn't affect my day to day life so it's not an issue that I'm willing to pursue. As well as the fact that there are pros along with the cons to monopolies. Not liking something simply for the fact that it goes against your values is ignorant.
Then you are completely different then most people. If you don't like something, which again isn't the same as thinking it is morally wrong but I'll let that go for now, you aren't going to want it happening.
No I'm simply not ignorant like most people. There comes a point where you have to realize that not everything goes your way. Usually that's when you stop being a child and grow up. He's suspended. And HAI!
Has nothing to do with arrogance, it's arrogant to pretend you wouldn't change things to your way if you couldn't. Why vote? Why have an opinion at all? It's because you want things to be changed, or kept to what you think is best.
