Yeah, I like Mortal Kombat much better than Street Fighter. Not that Street Fighter is bad, I just like MK better. Awesome characters, moves, fatalities, and story.
Street Fighter is so much better IMO. It's a better fighting game, a balanced fighting game, and a lot of fun. SFII is one of the greatest games of all-time. MK is good, but it's more of a button-masher.
Street fighter isn't bad, but i think mortal combat is alot better. The story is cool. Every character has special moves. The characters are cool. And it's a cool 3d fighting game with lots of different combos. BTW, if you just press buttons then you wouldn't really win anyone. You really need to know the combos.
Street Fighter is ok, but I don't like the characters in street fighter. MK characters are better because they're more unique. And because they look better. I think the movie was cool, but it should have ended with scorpion killing the guy.

If you mean in part 2's battle theme, then it's "E.S. PostHumus - Pompeh". The song that plays on the main menu in Part 2 is a song from Final Fantasy X2 and the credits song in Part 2 is taken from Resident Evil 3 "Staff Credits.mp3"
Well, SF on part 1 and MK won part 2. Akuma's interference didn't count "says the Author". I guess he couldn't bare to see Ryu get torched, hehe. SF powah!
