More V2 Updates!

    Well we figured that since it's been awhile since we last let you in on progress with the site, it was high time for a new press release ;)

    What forum software will the new GR be based off of?
    Llamaman has implemented Invision Pro Board (IPB) version 2.0.4 in the new forum. It's everything you're used to in this version of IPB, with some enhancements. :)

    How far along are they with the new site?
    The new site is currently being coded. A new skin was made to match the forum and site, to help integrate them better. Llama and Dave are currently working on coding the site.

    How far along is the new forum?
    The current forum data has to be transferred, and it's in progress. The forum has been skinned, and it's almost finished.

    • Download database
    • New Gallery(that works! lol)
    • (Still in discussion) Possible a system that allows you to sell your own work to others for real USD.

    YOUR ACCOUNT WILL STAY THE SAME. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT POST COUNTS OR CREDITS REP ETC. THEY WILL ALL BE TRANSFERRED OVER.

    Thats been answered fourty two times. In big bold letters on the first update..

    So whats the point.. what kinda amazing features is worth all the work?

    With the new board will the Html be enabled so we can Center, allign and all that in our sigs?

    Highly doubt HTML will be enabled, security risk.

    Your accounts will stay the same as they are now.

    More to come later on. takes time to get a site up and running with the amount of information that has to be transfered.

    Ya but just that i thought since its a new version, It might have more defenses
