More Rules Regarding Renders

    Sorry to be a pest, I totally agree with this rule but you cant copyright a picture that is already made and copyrighted by the person or company that made it. You guys aren't cutting out pictures you already made. Ya ok you can ban them from your site but what there doing isn't illegal..

    sad it had to be spelled out like this poeple should understand that that they cant do something like that...but if the person distributing the ack doesnt gain anything on it it is not that bad he has only made it so people doesnt have to browse the forum looking for 2200 renders that have been posted in public...but I can get why the creators are a bit pissed...

    Its true that the person/company who made the images are copyrighted to them

    BUT..

    Thats what permission is there for - If you have permission from the IMAGE creator then you can render it - If you have permission from the renderer to use it - Then you can use it even tho they never made the image , they put their time in and rendered the images for your own benefit so they would like some benefit out of their rendering

    However if you like just steal the render & use it without permission then thats wrong - If you render a image without the image designers/company permission ie DA pieces then thats illegal.

    A more serious note - If the person takes rendered images & places them in a pack and says "Im selling a pack with great renders done by me" then thats very wrong and illegal

    Its obvious that most members wont say "I never rendered them someone else did" coz they will get bummed-lol but then the consequences is great if they havent said so

    I found someone taking renders and placing them in packs on FF as SS said - It had all these people's renders in:

    Blind
    Blood
    -=DarkStar
    Matt.L
    Z3rox
    JWJ
    FTWRATH
    PainKiller
    JouJou
    SS

    Without permission & so he placed em in the pack - Thats just not right ;) I hope you guys understand

    Renders in Packs is not Allowed UNLESS you have permission to do so

    If you got permission you have admittance in order to use it within the pack and distribute wherever you made the agreement for
