Well guys got to tell you something i know all you guys know the movie friday night lights....Well i had the oppritunity to play them in football....15,000 people showed up for it at the game!!! It was such a big crowd...felt like a college game ...but anywayz we led all the way till the 3rd quarter and we broke and they ended up winning 31-20 but let me tell you guys to be able to play odessa permium the team from a movie that everybody knows...was a memory i will never forget ... if you guys have any questions about the game just ask...just go to odessa permiums site you can see were we played them lol....they talked mad crap about us MONTWOOD FOOTBALL BABY!!!! REALLY FOOTBALL IN TEXAS
wow man i saw that movie...u must be real lucky to play them but i dont get it did u play the actors or real life people? and are u like on a high skool team or did u win this chance?
I play qb for the Montwood Rams who are ranked #1 in El Paso, Texas we have a contract with Odessa that expired this year so will be the last time we play them ...lol They aren't really that good this year but they still beat us...it made me so made but anywayz the head coach the reall dude from the movie is a Sports Director at Odessa so ya he is still around!! ...lol
nice, i take you've heard of Greg Paulus? Recruited by Michigan, Notre Dame, and USC but went to Duke for Basketball. When my school (Carthage) played his school (CBA) it was my first game ever and the first pass he threw i picked it off and ran it back for a TD. So my claim to fame is being the only guy to run back a INT for a touchdown against last years High School Athlete of the Year
