My name is Elias aka known as Blazeman. I have been with GR for a little over a year an i've came to love the place.....except for a huge number of n00bs but its all good. Since my stay at Gr I have gain many members respect and trust to the point were they come to me before actually contacting an admin or a moderator. Also i have done a great deal of counseling for GR helping members out with problems that were nothing more than they couldn't log in to a death in the family or a death of a close friend. Members who have been with the community have came to me for help and even members with 5 posts. I Know i could help the community out more if i could be part of the staff. I wouldn't be the best at it but i know i could make GR a better place ....even for the n00bs I've administrated on www.xbox360.com and also www.xipherdesigns.com and www.pavel.xmgfree.com and www.godsdivine.com and a few others And moderating its been just about every were i went to lol I have experience with people and forums for over 9 years.
