    Here is my shop: http://www.gamerenders.com/forum/index.php...384807&st=0
I was doing a request for MindlessV, and when I finally got finished, I came on here and saw that he was banned. I put a lot of time into the vexel and was wondering if there was any way for me to get some credits from him since I put so much work into it. In my topic I state that we will decide on a price after I'm done with the vexel, therefore there is no set amount that I can ask for, but I'm hoping that I can get some credits just for the work I put into it, not for any rights to the vexel since I never sent it to him since he was banned. You can see the before pic in my shop which I gave a link to in the beginning of my post, and the after pic can be found here: http://tonicx57.deviantart.com/art/MindlessV-Vexel-93065106

    Whatever you think is fair.

    Thanks,
    TonicX57

Just to clarify on MindlessV's part, that was a personal picture of him, here are others:

So as far as selling it, I think that'd be infringing upon his privacy rights, as it is a vexel of him.

he has a mask on, that isn't infringing on his privacy...-_-...oh and Milo is DEFINITELY not mindless...>_>...

  5. Funny you, dontcha think? I'm suggesting you lay off Miolfi, considering they are in fact two different people.

Mindless was banned for a reason I still can't figure out, and Tonic goes ahead with the vexeling. Personally, I think Tonic should be GIVEN the credits he deserves for making it, which would involve taking credits from MindlessV's account.

Milo is banned too, lawl. So, if they aren't the same person, why would he have his MySpace? Also, didn't Mindless sell hosting? Lol. And I'm pretty sure he was banned AGAIN because he was banned before. Came back, and BAM. Banned again. *shrugs* his fault, IP almost matches exactly. (Changing your IP hardly changes the IP at all whether by time, or done manually) same city...same internet provider.

Anyways. Just send him a message on myspace and just get him to pay you real money.

Lol, thanks Aedus. I appreciate it.

Anyway, MindlessV sent me this on MSN, I don't know if it'll make any difference:

As far as I know when an account is banned their credits are removed from the system, so getting anything from him probably won't happen.

Wow, so far I've received credits from 4 people for this. That just makes my day. Thanks, guys. I would (+)rep all who did, but I don't think it's allowed. =/

Yea, it is ok. As long as there was no agreement about it, then it's fine. :P
