it could work, but u need to connect the elements better. try adding a similar orange line @ top right to connect the left parts & the stock. typo would look better if you moved it down and to the right slightly. also for the type, try a handwriting /signature typeface
New style? I see clipping masks... lots of clipping masks. TBH, mate. This lacks form. Very messy and cramped, and it's far too bright. Text needs to be shrunk, tightened up, and relocated. Also, crop off about 8 px at the bottom of the tag, and about 20px to the left of the tag. This will aid composition. I'd recommend doing some tutorials.
