hmm, I like it, though Im not really liking that his legs/feets are cut of at the bottom, mayb putting the sprite some more up so you can actualy see him stand would look better, not sure ... Text I would change just a little bit, some more to the bottom, and a tad to the left, also mayb putting a gradient overlay on the midnight text, black and white setting it on 50% multiply ^mythoughts =)
Pretty sweet, Killah. Good use of the BG and effects. Could use a lil more effects but I still like it. Only part in the text that I think needs work is the "midnight" part so play with different fonts and spacings.
mm... i havnt seen a lot of ur work, so im not too sure if it is ur best. imo i dont rly like it no offense or anything. its boring. lq, text kills it.lighting isnt great, and too much scenery, more scenery visable than ur efforts and work.
